Severe Tooth Pain

If you're experiencing persistent, unbearable tooth pain that doesn’t respond to over-the-counter medications, it may be a sign of deep infection or nerve damage.

Advanced Tooth Decay

When a cavity is left untreated, it can spread throughout the tooth, destroying its structure and reaching the nerve. If the damage is too severe for a filling or crown, extraction may be necessary.

Tooth Abscess or Infection

Infections near the root of a tooth or in the surrounding gum tissue can lead to swelling, fever, pus discharge, and severe pain. If the infection cannot be resolved with root canal treatment, extraction may be needed to prevent the spread of infection.

Broken or Fractured Teeth

If a tooth has been broken beyond repair due to trauma, a fall, or biting on something hard, removal may be required to relieve discomfort and prevent further complications.

Impacted Teeth

Impacted teeth (often wisdom teeth) can cause pain, swelling, and even misalignment of your bite. Emergency extraction may be required if the tooth is infected or affecting neighboring teeth.
